A Bridge Between Tradition and Understanding
My name is Cesiana and I’ve always been drawn to plants — not in a romantic or abstract way, but with curiosity and respect. I’m practical by nature. I like clarity, structure, and understanding how things work. But alongside that rational part of me, there has always been something quieter — a subtle pull toward ritual, rhythm, and the wisdom held in simple practices.
Over the years, that curiosity led me to study reflexology, phytotherapy, aromatherapy, natural cosmetic formulation, and energy-based practices. I spent years learning, testing, and integrating before offering anything publicly. I didn’t want to speak about plants as trends. I wanted to understand them.
Subtle Earth Healing was born from that integration.
Training & Background
My work sits at the intersection of traditional plant knowledge and modern understanding. Alongside independent study in herbal traditions, I have formal training in several complementary practices.
I am certified by the Romanian Ministry of Education as a Reflexotherapist, Phytotherapist (Herbal Medicine Practitioner), and Alternative Therapies Practitioner. I also hold a Diploma in Aromatherapy.
These qualifications are recognized at European Union level.
Together, these trainings provided a structured foundation in plant-based care, bodywork, and traditional therapeutic approaches. At the same time, I believe that knowledge around plants should remain thoughtful, responsible, and grounded in both tradition and scientific understanding.
What This Space Is
This is not a mystical escape, and it is not a medical platform.
It is a bridge.
Here I gather traditional remedies, folk practices, and ancestral stories — and examine them with care. What is cultural memory? What is scientifically supported? What is symbolic? What is safe?
I believe we can respect tradition without abandoning discernment.
I explain active compounds in simple language. I explore mechanisms when possible. I make clear distinctions between personal experience, inherited practice, and scientific evidence.
This space is about investigation, not exaggeration.
My Approach
Tradition respected
Science considered
No miracle promises
Responsible use of natural ingredients
Accessible guidance
I believe healing is often a remembering rather than a performance. It is found in small rituals, in attention, and in learning how to work with what is already available to us.
For the first year, all sessions are offered freely as part of a learning and community-building phase. Accessibility matters to me. In the long term, there will always be some form of free access available.
Why I Do This
Because “going back to natural” should not be a luxury trend.
Because ancestral knowledge deserves context.
Because ritual can exist without exaggeration.
Because we can hold both story and structure.
Subtle Earth Healing is not about having all the answers.
It is about asking better questions — and offering what I have learned with care.
